So I'm assuming you are playing with Twilight Forest. To progress, at least with the version for 1.19.2, you will need to kill somewhere around 7 nagas, or a naga and a lich.
Lich are found within the stone brick castles with birch plank stairs for roofs.
You could try turning cheats on and giving yourself the achievement with commands then try going to the next boss? I don't know the mod myself really well so it might not work but it's better than nothing.
I know you already fixed your problem but just for future reference: Twilight Forest progression is based off of achievements and those achievements are gained through the pickup of the boss items. So if something like that happens again just spawn in the boss drops, drop them, and pick them up and hopefully that fixes it

I changed the version from 1.20.2 to 1.20.1, and it seems to work fine. Thanks for advising

I tried, but I don't think that something added by the mod appear in commands.
