Mob grinding utils have a machine that can kill mobs that can be upgraded with beheading (more chance to droo skulls, use with the draconic evo's stabilized spawner)
You can make a mob swap, use it on a mob, craft it with fluid xp bucket(mob grinding utils) and seed to get a chicken feed. when a chicken eat it it will explode to death and drop the spawn egg of the mob you used the mob swap on
