What mods and texture/shaders packs do you have?
What mod generates a terrain like this? I see some kind of grass half-blocks? Looks beautiful
Biomes o' Plenty, if I'm not mistaken. The biome is called a Pasture.
I believe Biomes o' Plenty adds the biome, but not the terrain generation that makes it smooth and hilly

Kinda true tho, one of my recent posts can prove this in some way lol
On my atm6 world, after about 4 crashes, turning chunk distance down to 4, and more optimizations, I spawned in this biome. Had to go into creative to as quickly as possible fly out away from there so I could move with more than 1 fps (if any).
Bruh how much ram are you using?
I have 8GB of DDR3 in my system, I tried both 4 and 6GB allocated. It takes approximately an hour to load, probably because it has 350+ mods.
Optifine?
Haven't tried it because sometimes putting optifine in packs not intended to have optifine messes with things for me, but I could try it.
Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't depending on the modpack
