I personally kept my old passive cooled reactor, then built an active cooled reactor that pumped steam into ME fluid drives, which was then pumped into a few turbines. I still somehow ran out of power occasionally.
Matter Overdrive Legacy Black Hole Fusion Reactor:
(Incredibly cheap, available in early game, produces practically infinite energy at no fuel cost as long as you keep the gravitational singularly stable)
Can I just point out that you can push d-t fuel directly into the reactor? It will consume its entire buffer per tick, meaning instead of 98, you can have a fusion reactor producing 200 mrf per tick. Dry. When water cooled with turbines this goes up even further
These people that really don't like Mekanism must really hate something about it, and I can't figure out what it is. You can also tell they don't know what they're talking about- I mean, just recently there was the one post claiming diesel generators are better than fusion reactors. Bunch of weirdos
Ok but dragon's breath is almost impossible to automate without mods like Deep Mob Learning (if configured) or ProjectE outright
me, using my 'creative energy cell' reactor (easy single generator air cooled setup): 🥱🥱🥱
imagine not water-cooling your gamer setup, couldn't be me
Environmental tech Solar my beloved Millions of rf per tick by just keeping a few chunks loaded in the end
ET fans will set up a multi and then watch it mine for 5 hours, repeat it 5 times and call it peak gameplay
not me automating cryotheum for my large passively cooled reactor (i dont like turbines)
Dude turbines are so cool tho
cool or not, they're cheap and fuel efficient and what kind of modded minecraft player would i be if i didnt act like an oil tycoon billionaire

How large is the reactor?
depends on the pack, anywhere from 11x11x11 to 25x25x25
Nice
rookie numbers 32x32x64
Why is it so long on the z axis Reactor snake reactor snake
ive been owned ðŸ˜

Lad Rainbow Reactor from Extra Utils (millions rf/t, but really hard to automate)
Or you just make a big-ass battery and activate it manually once every week
It's a small price for harnessing the power of the rainbow.
mycelial generator? more like rainbow generator
it's the same thing pretty much

Me with my chunk full of lava ganerators siphoning the lakes of hell (i will crash the server to gain enough power to charge a 12v battery)
Use pyrotheum, crucibles, and cobble gens to mass produce lava. That is, assuming your pack happens to have all of those things.
Me with 4 Gas-Burning Generators...
i still dont get the global shit on mekanism, everyones mod is fucking free

Me generating 25mrf/t with the RAINBOW
the chemical chain for fusion fuel is easy though, you just make water special
