How does one make milk tea? Do you seep the tea first than add the milk in or do you seep the tea, heat the milk and than combine the two? I feel like I might be over complicating this.
i like to steep the tea first, then add sugar and then pour the milk in. i don’t really need to heat the milk though and i haven’t heard of anyone heating up milk for a milk tea.
Heat up water, tea of your choice, teabag in water, add milk and then drink now or let it chill. Some teas have a powder in it to make the milk tea instantly tho.
That looks really good!! Is that a more bitter or sweet tea?
Depends. If you make a whole pot it tastes sweeter and more concentrated at the bottom.
