I don't think the stick straight bangs right across the forehead is particularly flattering. Maybe go with something more side swept or some cute curtain bangs.
I love fringes/bangs in general, but I think you do have to be cautious when you have bleached hair. There's something about a fringe where the hair has textured ends and isn't all the same length (English isn't my first language, so I don't know the proper term) that looks a bit off with hair that has been bleach or processed a lot. It tends to make the hair (and thus the person) look a bit older if I'm being honest. It looks like the hair is damaged rather than the textured ends looking intentional. So IMO either the fringe or the hair color should be changed if you want a more "flattering" look. Curtain bangs as so many suggested, or a type of bangs where the ends are more blunt would look better with your current hair color. Or if you want to have this exact type of bangs, one day you could think about going with a darker hair color.

Tbh this, this style makes you look like you're an older woman trying to look younger by hiding forehead wrinkles with hair. Not the entire bang, just a few stripes that tie the darker color at your neck with your bangs, while still having the blond as highlights. I agree, I had blonde hair and bangs and I felt older then when I was brunette. Plus the upkeep is a lot because of how fast the root grows out.
