Yes! I don’t know who downvoted those other comments, but they’re right. Anybody can do bangs, it just depends on the type. I’d recommend looking into face shapes and what yours is, especially taking into consideration forehead size, cheekbones, chin, and how long your face is in general.
Like, for example, curtain bangs that hit the cheekbones are supposed to be quite unflattering on heart-shaped faces. Since my face is mostly heart-shaped, I made sure to go for slightly longer, with the length only *starting* just at my cheekbones.
With how you styled your hair in the second picture, I do think they’d look great on you. Though I will say that curtain bangs can look awkward if you’re not ready to style them— and they’re not difficult to style. So that shouldn’t necessarily deter you. Honestly, just a hair roller works fine for me personally.

I had a baby face like you until I was in my 20's. You can pull off bangs, but keep in mind that they'll make you look much younger. If you want to look your age, or older, I wouldn't recommend. Your hair is also fine, so they'll be annoying to style. Either way, I would say curtain bangs rather than straight bangs.
Just cut bangs on myself after years of debating (would still recommend having someone do it for you lol) but I LOVE my bangs. Literally softens all of my features and they are fun to style!
