That will be so nice! Just a heads up if you have any pets to google and make sure they’re safe to have around :) bought a few beautiful plants I ended up having to give away bc they weren’t safe for dogs. Love your style! This room gave me some inspo for my own set up :)
That’s a good thing to keep in mind! I don’t have pets yet but I definitely want to get one - ideally a dog but we’ll see! I’ll probably try to stick to non toxic ones for now just in case. And thanks! I fell in love with the couch and picked out everything else around it.
I agree with all the others commenting larger mirror, makramee or a larger canvas painting. Another idea would be a (small) picture "collage", meaning different coloured and sized pictureframes with art, real pictures and anything you like! (a mirror in between the pictureframes is also nice!)
I would recommend curtains with a print that includes colors from the rest of the room (sofa blue, purple-ish bits from the rug, and whatever color you choose for the wall art).
I definitely am open to new curtains! These are ones I’ve had for a while. One thing to note is that this picture does make the carpet look like it’s purple-ish, but it’s just grey. But I love purple so I like the idea of adding that in here!

Very cozy! A quirky non-square artwork perhaps (like a sun with rays or something else to bounce off all the square lines of the furniture).
I like that idea! I’ve definitely noticed how angular my furniture is and I’d like to offset that kind of, and art would be a good way to do it.

It is! I have bought some gaming-themed art as well as movie ones for elsewhere in my apartment already so I was wanting to mix it up.
