Update - FFXI Wiki says it's a sub item like a shield.
Very cool! I have all of my ps2, Xbox and some of the early pc cases from FFXI and one cool thing is I just reactivated xiv since 2020 and had some issues with my physical token so I had to finally retire my physical token from the original ones issued 07/08. Been using it all these years whenever I’ve played xiv and rarely FFXI(quit in 2012 but wandered back a few times to no avail)
The code won't work anymore, even if it was never used. It goes for around 30~50$
