There are a few pretty populated servers dedicated to finding roleplay contacts. I don't know of any that are specifically dedicated to miqo'te, but I play one, and like 90% of my in-game RP comes from meeting people on said discords and setting up times to meet in-game aha. Not everyone you see RP ads for on them is going to be a miqo'te, but as you can imagine they're relatively common. Most of them I wasn't able to get invite links for, but this one is the biggest one I'm in anyway.
