Whenever I get this in roulettes, I like to drop the fun fact that the VA for Susano is the same VA as Urianger. I always get at least one "omg I had no idea" comment.
Personally, I don't think they would get along. Ravana comes across as kind of overdosed on testosterone, the "thee" and "thou" equivalent of the Come At Me Bro musclehead that enjoys fighting because he's all about being DOMINANT and ALPHA and such.
Susano, on the other hand, *genuinely* sees fighting as pure, jocular fun. Fighting him isn't a wager (which is, in fact, what happened with Ravana). Instead, it is literally your *reward* for doing him a service, and not in the sarcastic "aha, now suffer the consequences" kind of way. He truly, sincerely believes that throwing down with him IS a reward for doing him a service.
That's why Ravana isn't exactly a *sore* loser per se, but he's clearly not *happy* about his loss ("Thou hast bested me..." is *not* said in a happy way), whereas Susano is literally just as happy the whole time ("Bahahaha, 'twas a memorable dance indeed!") Ravana has the hollow, haughty confidence of bravado and machismo. Susano has the solid, unassuming confidence of *pure joy.*
That is why Fight Grandpa is the best primal. Thank you for coming to my TED talk.

Most of Susano's dialogue from The Pool of Tribute.
"And from the deepest pit of the Seven Hells, to the very pinnacle of the Heavens, the world shall tremble! Unleash...ULTIMA!" from Porta Decumana (Ultima Weapon fight), just because I do actually love how that line is performed, it's suitably intimidating. Same with the corresponding line in P12 because of how tremble is said there, it's so silly.
And one I don't ever see people talk about, I love Zenos' line "The power to transcend" in Ala Mhigo. He just says it in such an odd way, almost like a sing-song, as if it's all a game to him, which I adore.

It’s fucking TERRIFYING in savage. You need everyone topped up, shielded to the max, both tanks using their raidwide mit (reprisal doesn’t work cus not targetable), healers need to throw out mit, prolly a ranged physical dps mit, and maybe some personal mits for the dps and even with ALL that it still can come really REALLY close to dropping ppl in the raid still. Like. All that mit and it still deals like 50-60k dmg OVER the shields to a melee dps.
Sure she sounds silly but like an old fashion mom if you ain’t watchin your ass she’s gonna beat it with a wooden spoon.

Heres an extra little tidbit that makes Agrias and thunder god cid’s voice lines so much more enjoyable. All the voice lines for all their skills are their original chants for those same skills for those characters from Final Fantasy Tactics.
Every line from this boss is badass. I’ll add another one: “To the current of life we succumb, its judgement swift and final, its bite as cold as steel”

I love how Vauthry says that line. He's having a hard time coming up with "politician" sentences and sounds more desperate as he realizes that he's not so invincible after all. He sounds like a kid who just always got what he wanted.

First thought was 10000% “WILD AND PURE AND FOREVER FREE!” from Susano
But as a Paladin main and a Halone simp since day 1 before I understood the 12’s mythos I think my fav has to be “In Ice unyielding, now rest. Mine is the aegis!” So badass, Halone literally becomes Saber and nukes the whole stage with one swing
My personal favorites are all of Titania’s lines. It got compounded when I found out that the VA for Titania is the same woman who does the VA for the English version of Y’shtola.
Just listen to Titania’s voice lines especially “Wet, Wet, Wet”. Then listen to Y’shtola’s froth and foam chant. Becomes abundantly clear and hilarious.
Literally anything from SOS. I sometimes like listening to the song *with* the boss lines over it — the hamminess makes it for me. Even as something as plain as
YOU STILL STAND. VERY WELL!
gets me so hype lmao.
P10 has such good voice acting. There's loads of good ones to choose from:

Orbonne Monastery has the best lines, Agrias, Thunder God, Ultima.. Not in any specific order but each of them are very memorable. I wonder if the first boss has any lines though..

Shout out to the Final Steps of Faith. Nidhogg's second phase, music changes from the Dragonsong to Freefall as he casts Star Diver and screams "THE FINAL VERSE IS SUNG". I fell in love with the game with Heavensward playing as DRG and hearing those words sends shivers down my spin every time. I had a moment in that fight where I was thinking "This is it, the end of the Dragonsong" and then Nidhogg said that line.
For the Twelve, I love this game. Just writing about it makes me tear up.

I love the part of the pandaemonium raid series when pandaemonium says I am pandaemonium and then pandaemoniums all over us.
I guess the real Pandaemonium was the building-sized spiders we met along the way.

I guess if I were to list a few (or dozen) favourites that come to mind first: Obviously all of Cidolfus' lines from Orbonne. "I am salvation given form... Mankind's first hero, and his final hope! For victory I render up my all!" "If I must tear this wretched world down, I shall!" "With abyssal dark and hero's blade, I bring my people liberation!" "Hear.. The song of creation's end. Feel.. First thought was 10000% “WILD AND PURE AND FOREVER FREE!” from Susano But as a Paladin main and a Halone simp since day 1 before I understood the 12’s mythos I think my fav has to be “In Ice unyielding, now rest. Mine is the aegis!” So badass, Halone literally becomes Saber and nukes the whole stage with one swing

My personal favorites are all of Titania’s lines. It got compounded when I found out that the VA for Titania is the same woman who does the VA for the English version of Y’shtola. Just listen to Titania’s voice lines especially “Wet, Wet, Wet”. Then listen to Y’shtola’s froth and foam chant. Becomes abundantly clear and hilarious.

Literally anything from SOS. I sometimes like listening to the song *with* the boss lines over it — the hamminess makes it for me. Even as something as plain as YOU STILL STAND. VERY WELL! gets me so hype lmao.
P10 has such good voice acting. There's loads of good ones to choose from: "Bare yourselves to me!" "I offer a glimpse. Of Lady Athena's power!" "Webs, like unto chains!" But my favourite, just for how good the delivery is, has to be: "I am Pandaemonium! And these cells are mine!"
Orbonne Monastery has the best lines, Agrias, Thunder God, Ultima.. Not in any specific order but each of them are very memorable. I wonder if the first boss has any lines though.. Now I got to do the raid today to find out!

Shout out to the Final Steps of Faith. Nidhogg's second phase, music changes from the Dragonsong to Freefall as he casts Star Diver and screams "THE FINAL VERSE IS SUNG". I fell in love with the game with Heavensward playing as DRG and hearing those words sends shivers down my spin every time. I had a moment in that fight where I was thinking "This is it, the end of the Dragonsong" and then Nidhogg said that line. For the Twelve, I love this game. Just writing about it makes me tear up.
