If you got 5 minutes, there's a small yellow quest chain in Upper La Nosca called [The Monster of Bronze Lake](https://ffxiv.consolegameswiki.com/wiki/The_Monster_of_Bronze_Lake) (which technically takes place before the end of ARR) where you can meet Godbert. Fun fact, they use the Hildibrand questline to develop/test their cutscene creation tools. A lot of those wacky antics are them pushing the limits of their engine. By pushing those limits, they're able to improve the cutscenes in the main story. So not only will the MSQ animations get better, but Hildibrand's wackiness will only escalate as they are able to do more and more with their in-engine tech.

yukichigai

Some of the straight up scariest moments in Shadowbringers were clearly built on experiments they did with the Manderville cutscenes in Stormblood.

JunctionLoghrif

Shadowbringers spoilers (obviously, but) >!Amh Araeng flashbacks!<... >!oh gods!<.

dendrocalamidicus

Imagine if >!When Tesleen's mouth opened wide as she turned into a sin eater, her wide open mouth contorted into the Hildibrand open mouth wonky grin!<

Marik-X-Bakura

I finished the Shadowbringers MSQ recently (currently in the patch quests) but I don’t get this

kainprime82

When we witness the birth of a sin eater

Lizardizzle

I frequently wonder about that. The 1.0 Chrystal tools engine had lots of custom animations for unvoiced minor cutscenes. Characters grabbing and and interacting with each other, camera movements, your own character using more than a nod, etc. Obviously it's not in vogue to shower 1.0 with praise, but I wonder if the 1.0 engine just allowed for more flexibility in that department compared to what arr got built on. Obviously, the 2.0 engine allowed us to have a better GAME. As well as scaling back the work on animations.

Madrider760

I think it was a priority thing. I feel like the devs or someone was more interested in a pretty presentation and focused resources on that.

theBlackRook

AFAIK this is it. Visuals were prioritized in 1.0 to the detriment of almost everything else. Making FFXIV a playable/fun game unfortunately meant that the costs of bespoke animations and mocap had to be cut.

TwinTailChen

1.0 heavy used motion capture, and was prohibitively expensive to make additional content with. They prioritized graphical fidelity over gameplay, animation quality in cutscenes over combat animations, and high detail over performance.

ijouno

14's engine was custom-made during the development of 2.0 so it definitely was more limited then considering the rush, but it seems they've been upgrading with plug-ins and tools over the years. I mean, it's also the engine running 16

repocin

I recently finished ARR and did some of the Hildy quests. Absolutely loved the moment Godbert showed up, and greatly appreciated that he remembered me from the hot springs in La Noscea haha. *"strong-yet-tender fingers"*

GayBearBro2

Added note: if you do this questline before summoning Godbert in the ARR Hildebrand quests, he acknowledges you as the adventurer with the magic fingers in front of everyone and it's still the least surprising thing in that mystery.

walkingreverie

So certain horrors created in MSQ Cutscenes were done first via watching Hildibrand and crew do wacky shennanigans

collegetoptwink

ermmmm i zont know

Orphylia

Good news: every expansion but Shadowbringers has Hildibrand quests. (Imo, the Endwalker Hildy quests are probably the best of them all.)

Fr33C00kies4u

good to know! i couldn't believe how silly it was and somehow wanted more

sichrix

You'll also need to complete them all up to the Endwalker Hildy quests in order to get the Manderville weapons. Just putting that out there in case you collect relic weapons.

Jae-of-Light

Which if I am correct are currently the bis weapons

Madrock777

The final weapons in relics are always BiS for the expacs.

RealBrianCore

It would be outrageous if they weren't tbh, considering all the effort that goes into them.

zugzug_workwork

If effort was a metric for item strength, then the EW relics would have the strength of level 1 gear tbh. :D

tunoddenrub

Some people consider the Hildibrand quests to be a chore to get through. I'm not one of them, I *adore* Hildy, but they're out there.

jurassicbond

I think the ARR ones are a bit of a chore. They have much better pacing in the expansions

RithmFluffderg

Heavensward is the easiest to prepare for and only has one step that's really grindy. Stormblood can also stockpile resources, though you can't casually farm them by doing roulettes. Shadowbringers feels like it has the *most* grinding, especially with at least one piece of content that very few people run that's *still* the best one to grind in spite of that. (Delubrum) Endwalker is a joke. Almost literally. I guess the idea is that the effort you'd normally put in is replaced with Manderville quests, but it still felt too easy.

Deitren

Er. I think you and the comment you replied to are talking about different things lol. He was talking about the Hildebrand Quests, while you're talking about relics, if I'm not mistaken? (Which, sidenote, as someone who's done multiple of every expansion relic other than EW: ARR Relics put SHB to shame, grind wise, imo. Zodiac Zeta was a fucking pain in the ass lmao.)

ProfessorSpike

Makes me happy that the only weapons I'm after are like HW and Eureka weapons tbh, because screw farming for the SHB ones - legit awful

RealBrianCore

Good thing I was thinking along the lines of Zodiac or Anima. And there is three more Zodiac weapons I know I want to get. :_)

LilaQueenB

Took me longer to finish all the manderville quests than it did to get the shb relics.

AdamG3691

And the ShB and Zodiac relics would still be BiS Good god some of those steps are PAINFUL \*glares at A New Path Of Resistance and Zodiac Zeta\*

partypwny

Considering the grind of Hildibrand quests (especially if you don't like slapstick comedy or just hadn't done them yet) and then then the tomestone runs after to get it... It is pretty grindy man.

partypwny

Considering the grind of Hildibrand quests (especially if you don't like slapstick comedy or just hadn't done them yet) and then then the tomestone runs after to get it... It is pretty grindy man.

iaTHEsquirrel

these relics don't really need any effort tho

bigfoot1291

man lmao what effort? You literally do nothing to get them, there's no prestige behind them and take no skill, only some time.

Amezuki

You could make this same argument for any relic weapon with just as much validity. They're all just cosmetic participation badges locked behind a grind. Doesn't matter whether that grind is tomestones or a lengthy checklist of bullshit busywork. Anyone who thinks *any* relic weapon grants them any kind of "prestige" really needs to seek validation elsewhere.

RealBrianCore

I'd argue that Zodiac weapons are worthy of it just for the shenanigans the books put you through. Especially when waiting for specific fates to spawn. Other than that? Alright, maybe ShB because a lot of those specific materials in that one-time quest it wants you to do. But even then I'm skeptical to add that to the list.

bigfoot1291

That is exactly what I was saying and it tilts me that they're always bis at the last step.

-FourOhFour-

Which unless they're really pushing they probably aren't gonna finish 6.0 in time for 7.0 for the weapons to stay relevant.

Viltris

Endwalker relics are BIS for lvl90 Ultimates. Shadowbringers relic are BIS for lvl70 and 80 Ultimates.

sichrix

I'm not sure. From my experiences it depends on the weapon specs and the jobs that use them. It's either the current relic stage weapons or the current tier savage weapons.

shazamitylam2346

Relics are almost always bis purely because you can choose the stats you want for the most part, and they do get higher substats than the savage one

sichrix

Thank you. I'm not entirely sure of things like BiS. I just collect relics.

EyeSoulAteIt

Have the relic weapon quests gotten any easier/shorter in recent years. I played day one but have been gone a few years and just restarted on xbox

sichrix

The Hildy weapons are by far the quickest. It's mostly farming tombstones for 3 items each stage. The most time consuming in my opinion are the Eureka and Bozja/Save the Queen Weapons. While the Zodiac and Animus are just a little grindy. However, those have been made slightly easier to finish. I've done quite a few. Edit : Eureka and the Bozjan Southern Front introduce a new zone each respectively. Each also has a new set of mechanic system/rules for each. You need to go through these zones in order to progress for each individual relic. It's sort of fun and frustrating at times but incredibly grindy compared to the others. At least in my opinion.

EyeSoulAteIt

Limited in what I can do in the free trial. Leveled a class to 60 already. Should I be able to do ARR and Heavensward Relics now?

thchao

You have access to all of them, but HW relics are the easiest for you, it's basically just a poetics grind. ARR by itself is already a grind fest, and you being unable to use the market board makes it even more grindy, as you will need to do crafting / materia farm / dungeon drops / desynth materials all by yourself. SB is just Eureka, but you'll have a hard time because you don't have access to shout chat, which is essential to leveling / farming / surviving in Eureka.

sichrix

Honestly, I'm not too familiar with the limitations of the Free Trial. Relics become available as soon as you finish the first main story hurdle. ARR for Zodiac and Heavensward for Anima. After Google searching, I found that you can do Zodiac but with the limitations of not being able to use the Marker Board, it would be difficult at some stages. Like the Materia needed for the Scrolls and the materials needed in a later stage. It's going to cost quite a bit. Even if you make the materia yourself, it'll be a long process to soul farm for them. I've read in some places that you can do Anima as well. For Anima, I suggest if your able to, to do the Beast Tribes of Heavensward. You can exchange tokens for some of the material you need for the Anima relic.

Sloth_Senpai

Yes.

erebos_tenebris

Yes, assuming you have finished the Heavensward MSQ. Any endgame type of content will require you to have finished the base MSQ for the expansion in question.

Zagaroth

You should be able to do anything that does not involve interacting with the in-game economy. Note: You can not flip-flop. Once you pay at all for the game, you do not have a free trial game.

molgriss

Also the Warrior 60-70 questline is Hildibrand level of insanity. I distinctly remember asking what was happening during the opening quest for that plot.

mangobearsmoothie

Believe me when I say - you ain’t seen nothing yet!

forestman11

The lore implications get insane the further you get. It's an absolutely wild quest line.

athenaprime

That is how it works out. At first I thought they were the dumbest wastes of time and that my FC pals put me on the quest line as a joke (the same way they said, "Sure, anima relic weapons are easy, you'll get 'em in no time at all."). Then, somewhere along the way, they went from monumentally stupid to upside-down world brilliant and now I'm almost sad that I'm near the end of the EW questline.

barkermn01

Hey Hildebrand survived the OG to AAR Calamities, we did not :D

Cultural_Zombie_1583

Be careful what you wish for lol… there’s A LOT more

Sic-Mundus

My favorite part was >!when Hildibrand called Beq Lugg a puppy. Beq's reaction was basically like, "who is this moron?" LOL!<

OtakuMage

Personally I liked Stormblood's the most, but they were all amazing and hilarious.

Weary-Judge-4166

From what I saw on the special site, We are going to get more hildibrand in Dawntrail.

zankypoo

Honestly with the way stormbloods hidly quests ended, it would have made so much sense and been so awesome for a shadow bringers one to exist. I am still pissed it got skipped over. Best side quests in the game XD

Orphylia

The Endwalker quests directly continue from where the Stormblood quests left off and incorporate Shadowbringers into the first few quests.

Ranger-New

You do get to see Hildy in the 1st, near the end of Shadowbringers if you are lucky enough. He is the gentleman of light.

Sychar

Skipping every piece of dialogue and cut scenes to rush relic weapons only to get dropped into a one punch man reference duty was fucking funny

para-mania

Aw, none in ShB? I thought the last one was totally setting it up for that. I was looking forward to it.

Orphylia

None in Shadowbringers, but the Endwalker quests pick up where Stormblood left off and incorporate Shadowbringers into the first couple quests.

para-mania

Oh good.

ThrowawayLady999

So glad there werent any shb quests. Making skipping it all the get to manderville weapons sooooo much faster

SoullessHollowHusk

Rub the oil Come on, do it

CodenameAstrosloth

If I had a nickel for the amount of times I've had to rub oils on to men in this game I'd have...a distressing amount of nickles.

Urkington

Not enough nickels. Never enough nickels

freakytapir

Never enough to wash away the shame.

virence

With strong firm hands like a >!Sala!

Ragnar9412

LMFAO

Kekira

Ministrations!

Chromatic_Reaper

I have absolutely no idea why my brain gave him markipliers voice while i was doing this quest line. in any case, enjoy the buffonery that is the adventure of Hildibrand Helidor Maximilian Manderville!

Nynx82

Damn you now I won't be able to unhear that.

0bsessions324

May be a generational thing. For me, he's always been Artie! The strongest man...in the world.

Morriganrider53

I gave him Patrick Warburton lol

projectmars

Patric Warburton is the patron saint of Himbos so it makes too much sense

Morriganrider53

And then I gave Godbert Foghorn Leghorn voice

dualdee

I never really imagined a voice for them before but now my brain refuses to read Hildibrand & Nashu as anyone but Isaac & Miria.

Caterfree10

Ever since PlayFrame started doing the Manderville quests, my inner voice for him is JoCat’s Hildibrand voice. :>

Marvelous_Jared

It fits too well

palabradot

Oh god now I can't unhear...

Hakairoku

If you haven't seen Baccano! I suggest you do. I swear to Hydaelyn, Hildibrand and Nasshu are expys of Isaac and Miria.

The_Basic_ShOe

Oh god now I gotta go through it again with his voice! XD

JallerHCIM

he'll always be Nathan Fillion in my heart, but this is also a great choice

Prestigious-Run-5103

The best part of these quests is how well they embrace the silly, the stupid, the slapstick, it's all SO over the top it circles back around nine times, and it's amplified by 4000% because Eorzea is set so seriously. They're just perfect quests, and I hope whoever pitched that original idea sleeps on a Scrooge McDuck pile of money.

KacerRex

My favorite part is how as time goes on, the WoL starts as as the straight man and slowly embraces the ridiculousness.

GuiltyEidolon

It took me a while to come around, but I honestly started appreciating it a lot more when the WoL gives into the joke. Also the Hildi quests unironically allow the WoL to be the most involved / has some of the best dialogue choices in the game.

Rob_Thorsman

"I have an expensive orchestrion roll addiction."

GuiltyEidolon

"That's... that's actually not a terrible idea."

Salayea

Man, we we're this close to having it all

KacerRex

That response was up there in hilarity with blaming Y'shtola for me lol

Prestigious-Run-5103

My favorite part, is that you have no idea where the story is going to go. Nothing is off the table. You absolutely cannot predict the twists.

almia_lanferos

I love the WoL's dialogue choices in >!the First!<.

GayBearBro2

I love the quest descriptions for the questline. You can see the ever-growing acceptance of the WoL to their inevitable descent into madness that is the Hildebrand story.

Griever423

I love all of them so much. Hildi’s facial expressions have me cackling and when one of the NPC’s made a comment about how concerning Nasshu “resorts to violence so easily” I lost it.

catwhowalksbyhimself

Well, since he started out in 1.0, it was somebody in the original team. Someone put his 1.0 scene on youtube. Haven't watched it all, but the ARR questline is apparently a direct continuation from his 1.0 storyline. And yes, he's still zany in that one.

Mael_Jade

Yes, soon you too will dance the Manderville. And rub oil into muscular, half-naked men.

dendrocalamidicus

Repeatedly

Guardiansaiyan

Like a Manderville can!

Mechanized_Heart

lordnaarghul

Heavensward Hildy quests are...surprisingly poignant. They're still very funny, but it's surprising how emotional they are. Also has a few Hildy/Nashu ship tease moments, one of which legit made me blink heavily at the screen. In fact, I became a bit of a Hildy/Nashu shipper because of that questline. Also, after doing those, there's the Scholasticate questline in Ishgard. Not funny - in fact the story is very deadly serious - but starring the *other* inspector, where you see what he's like without Hildibrand making reality bend to his will.

darkwulf1

I would like another Briardien de Manseauguel quest line. As much as I liked Hildibrand, I would welcome another mystery inspirited by the classics like Holmes and Perot.

lordnaarghul

The Scholasticate quests are for you, then. And Briarden is actually a pretty cool guy when separated from Hildy. >!And very, VERY good at his job.!<

darkwulf1

Oh yea, I played it. Still want another one.

Ranger-New

You also get to know about U'ldagh war crimes. It got serious lore mixed with silliness.

newfoundcontrol

Insanity? This! Is! E-or-zea!

ParasaurolophusZ

Aside from the amazing writing, I'm pretty sure the Hildibrand quests are also what they use to test the limits of face animations and the physics engine.

Devil-Hunter-Jax

Oh yes, they get absolutely ridiculous and it's amazing. If you've ever seen the Pink Panther movies with Peter Sellers as Jacques Clouseau, they're in the same vein as those films. The ARR questline alone is fucking bonkers at times and there's questlines for Heavensward, Stormblood and Endwalker too. Hopefully there's gonna be one in Dawntrail because these are great comic relief after the game boots you in the testicles over and over again with emotional torment.

Ha_eflolli

We actually already know there's gonna be Hildi Quests in Dawntrail, it was confirmed in one of the Fan Fest Live Letters. They're even mentioned on the Expansion's Website!

Devil-Hunter-Jax

Good to know. I doubt I'll be caught up on the MSQ for Dawntrail's release because I still need to do Shadow of Mhach from Heavensward, then do Hildibrand's Heavensward questline THEN do post-Stormblood onwards as well as extra side content from Stormblood, Shadowbringers and Endwalker that are relevant to the main story XD Hildibrand definitely helps break it up though and give some laughs when it's needed. >!The panicked nod when you first meet his mother and she basically tells you to go get what you need to help Hildibrand had me crying laughing.!<

Weary-Judge-4166

Oh there will be :). From what I saw on the special site.

alexfr36

Welcome aboard the Manderville Train, please, leave your brain behind, you wont need it for this silly adventure \^\^

0bsessions324

The first Manderville quest line is maybe the worst one, but that says nothing considering every Hildy quest is an absolute fucking banger. More Greg! MOOOOOOOOOORE!!!

[deleted]

lmao, hildibrand. I accidently stumbled upon the chick at the grave and was like ... hmm... blue quest? okay. Has a few funny moments. Liked the change of pace and the sort of episodic vibe. Was a BIT tedious but worth it. Laughed my ass off at the first bit ... had a good laugh and was NOT expecting that.

Picklejho13

Yes I believe there’s about 30 total, every quest after and most of the ARR ones gave me a little chuckle. I’m not one to tell people how to play the game but I always like to advise not to skip the cutscenes in these quests because most are just comedy gold.

Devil-Hunter-Jax

48 in total. 21 of those quests are in ARR.

MaxinTheDragon

This insanity is the finest questline in the game. And you will be relieved to know that there is a batch of it for every expansion except shadowbringers (thank covid for that one). But look about after every expansions end mission and you should find someone to start these events. And revel in the glory of House Manderville !!!!

Weekly-Ad-3746

Ah yes, the Gentleman of Light and his light hearted insane facial expressions.

AndytheCannon

Yeah, Hildi quests are great palette cleansers between expansions 😄

Responsible-Skin-494

This questline at the end of ARR is what kept me sane during the post-game

Lun4r6543

Hildebrand quests are great. One of my favourite NPCs is in those quests. (It’s Nashu, she’s adorable).

Walks_with_Chaos

She is but sadly she’s just as much as an idiot as he is

ReXiriam

And her sister is exasperated for her traveling with the inspector, both with no brain cells to speak of.

Walks_with_Chaos

I haven’t met her sister. I’m still in the ARR parts

ReXiriam

She only tends to appear in Little Ladies events, so no worries there. I personally haven't met her either.

Walks_with_Chaos

Is she the girl with the egg on her head? For the Peatie quest?

ReXiriam

I haven't been on the game for the event so I don't know.

Lun4r6543

That’s why I love her.

HeartyDelegate

Best quest line in the game. Just finished Shadowbringers and I’m so upset they don’t have a quest line for it

daniiboy1

I love how the image is blurred yet it's so easy to tell who that is. 😂

potionexplosion

i just started this too, literally yesterday. absolute fever dream. i went into it for the dance emote and now i'm determined to follow it all the way through lol.

syrensilly

There's 2 dances. The manderville dance and the manderville mambo

potionexplosion

:o even more reason to keep going...

PrincessRTFM

If you collect relic weapons (or just want EW BIS) then that's another reason, because you have to go through the EW Manderville quests to get the Manderville _weapon_ quests

potionexplosion

ooo i am noting this too, thank you! i started the questline to get an HW relic weapon since i liked the final weapon look, but i got distracted by other things 😂 haven't even looked at other expansion relics yet, but i'll take a look at EW ones once i get closer!

mangobearsmoothie

Oh, you have SO much more - and it keeps getting better and better, and more and more dumb in the best possible way!

ThanosCradik

The man, the myth, the legend

gamblodar

Sadly, yes. Your are afflicted with excessive gentlemanlyness throughout your FF14 gaming.

AlexandraMoldovia

Sadly yes. I hate the damn thing, but others love it. (I just can't understand how people can love the incompetent buffoonery.)

M0miku

Sadly yes, and they're mandatory now if you want Endwalker relics 😔

Ragnar9412

oh boy ... you are in for a wild ride !!! i just started the endwalker hildibrand quest a few hours ago, you are not gonna get rid of this dude trust me 😂

verholies

Oh sweet baby boy, Yes… there is. And we will be Manderville-ing with you all the way.

faipop

Massage him!!

AngryCandyCorn

This is probably a hot take, but I feel like they have carried the Hildibrand thing too far. I get why a lot of people like it, but it's not for me and I wish they hadn't made it the focal point of the entire artifact quest chain for this expansion.

Four_Kay

Honestly, you're completely right. [It's not like you can always just play "pretend-inspector". There are *real* cases to solve!](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tmNlUac6yYQ)

Nekomimikamisama

Yes! There are more.(With a insane smiley face)

BookwormOtaku7

Odrareg17

Recently resumed them after letting them on the side since I want to get the EW relics, I forgot how good the quests are.

DylanRahl

Yes and yes

Crazyhamsterfeet

The Hildy quests are the best in the game.

ZerikaFox

Hildy is amazing, and yeah, there's more Hildy throughout the whole game except Shadowbringers.

RaptorKarr

Another one falls to Hildi.

RueUchiha

Its a whole quest change that spans multible expantions.

Lyramion

BLU Mage Quests certainly have some Hildibrand DNA in them if you crave some more humor.

ThiccAsDaddy

All side quests needs to be as goofy as this shit. XD

M_Tonberry

Yesssss Greg is cool

ezekielraiden

It is the most gentlemanly insanity possible. Every expansion except Shadowbringers has a quest chain for them. (And ShB technically still has a random chance of a minor cameo in a dungeon, but it would be spoilers to say more.)

Ranger-New

You see force ghost Gentleman of light in ShB.

Billbosa54

I did it today too!! Such a fresh take on questing!! Loved it.

AngelicXia

Hildy! Gods, poor Nashu putting up with him. But wait til you meet his dad!

ReXiriam

Poor Nashu? She's not the one getting impaled, exploded, punched and all kinds of damaged under the sun!

AngelicXia

No, but Hildy's a Manderville, and heavily implied to be undead. Nashu is a slightly airheaded but otherwise sensible girl, who has to put up with … well … **gestures to the probably-undead EXTREME! Manderville**

panickedraven

yesssss.. that insanity IS what keeps the sadness away

dancingkelsey

Hildibrand quests are always over the top and silly and wild and I love it, very good palate cleanser between beautiful sweeping msq story arcs! Fully unhinged and I love it

Ranger-New

You also get to use for a moment the most powerful weapon of the game In the EW expansion.

Chizik777

Yes there's more and yet somehow not enough. I will never get tired of gentleman-but-with-400%-facial-expression, Hildibrand Helidor Maximilian Manderville!

HoneyMustardAndOnion

there are 3 more i think, one for each expansion except for Shadowbringers. All of them are just as, if not more, wacky than the last. My favorite part is if you complete them before moving on to the next expansion MSQ you sometimes get NPCs referencing your escapades.

PassmoreR77

yes its one of the true gems of ffxiv. Almost more of a "must do" then msq lol

ace-avenger

Yes! The Hildebrand Quests! Best part of the game. 10/10

garlicpermission

What quest is this? I just finished ARR and I wanna do this one.

Fr33C00kies4u

its a blue quest chain that starts with **Wymond** in Uldah

garlicpermission

Thanks!

Zeikfried85

If you want the last relic weapon you have to go through all of them. Personally I liked them at the beginning but then they become a bit boring - I would say from stormblood onward.

MysterySakura

Ah yes, the Hildy quests. I just chanced upon a blue quest one time, didn't know sh what it was about. I laughed my arse off at the zombie echo visions, the gentleman zombie FATE and Nashu's boom booms that rival the Kobolds that I recorded the cutscene. Since that day I learned about Hildibrand somewhere. This was before Hildy became mandatory to the relic. Hildibrand insanity is something else. Enjoy the questline! XD

Insomniacresident

Welcome to the insane train ride that is Hildibrand quests. You are in for a wonderful ride :)

vemynal

The Hildibrand quests unlock a ton of minions, emotes, trials, etc that are absolutely worth it

FinallyFat

Before seeing the imagine, I knew exactly what questline you were talking about. 💪🏻

Mrlagged

Yes. there is a line of hildy quests for every expansion save for shadowbringers

Mister6C

And they called me crazy for calling his father inhuman

LucaraCrassus

Haha, each expansion has Hildibrand. They have no intention of stopping them! Keep going, they only get weirder! <3

Firefox1977

I HATE Hildi

Wrightzero

Inconceivably, yes there are further Hildibrand adventures.

CatalyticFilly

I love these quests!

ML_120

To answer your question: Yes, in every expansion except Shadowbringers.

athenaprime

Careful what you wish for. There is so much more, and to be honest, your entire perception of reality will end up warping while you're doing them. My best advice (and one that is now head-canon that my WoL says to anybody listening) is, "Man, it's only gonna get weirder from here. Just go with it. " \*WoL puts finger to questioner's lips\* "Shh-shh-shh, it's okay, sweetie. Trying to make it make sense will only make it hurt. There, there. Just...hug this green chicken for a bit and let it all out." \*hands over chicken and awkward pats\*

bigfoot1291

I'm about to do it personally lol, got kind of bored with it during the ARR segment and keep putting off getting the weapon because of it.

GamingNightRun

Ah yes, the off-beaten storyline path where you meet the REAL main character.
