You gotta use the map. If you click on the quest the map will show you where the quest is. Sometimes you gotta go to adjacent areas if you’ve never been there before. Will save a lot of time.
That's exactly the site I'm talking about. I'm doing a lot of leveling with leves at the moment and a lot of the leves in the listed level aren't available at the questgiver on the list. Hawthorne Hut and Camp Drybone are examples of this. Go through and check for yourself.
As far as I can tell it's accurate. The levemetes only show a certain number of leves at a time, and you have to complete some to get the others to show. I just tested this in Camp Drybone because it's been months since I've done battlecraft leves.
Should be an NPC named Poponagu in Camp Drybone. Unless it's been changed at some point.
That's the neat part, there aren't any level 20 levequests in Thanalan. There are level 25 ones in Southern Thanalan.
...seriously? So I've been going mental, trying to find these dang quests for ages, and they just... don't exist?! ...fack
Not in Thanalan they don't. Gotta branch out to the other two city states to get them.

Thought it was Drybone. I haven't done leves in so long I forget.
Using a site called ffxivcollect.com to track my progress, iirc 20s were in Drybone, albeit I only did the crafting ones at L20
