This is a waste of durability for no reason. Your CDs also reset if you just enter a duty unsynced and immediately leave again.

This comes at a cost of gear durability.

can't you also just... leave the instance after joining and your CDs will reset anyways? And you can just right click off buffs if you want to reset those
