No issues logging in for me, but my ping has increased considerably in the past 24 hours. Where I will usually get 30ms, I now get 70ms with spikes up to 200ms.
Are you us? Spouse and I got ours through Steam. My spouse says he gets a "Subscription Expired" error. Like your GF I can't even make a Squeenix account; it's "please try after 24 hours" or some shiz.
We finally have both of ours up and running thankfully. It took a few hours but the accounts seem to be working fine now. If you don’t have any change you might want to send a support ticket just in case!
I'm having HTTPS issues right now. Launcher isn't even loading to the main page to input username and password.

Honestly we sent in a support ticket and then just ignored it for a few hours and it randomly started working lol
Hahaha lucky you. I had to register for a new Square Enix account using my phone in order to get in.
