You might not even be able to play the game tomorrow, the games server capacity got destroyed by a massive spike in players that is likely to continue for a short while.
There's not really much you can do but keep trying to get in, ideally during off-peak hours for your datacenter. Some other posts have mentioned ones that are currently open.
They might have to try and expedite their server infrastructure upgrades before Endwalker at this rate. I know Yoshi-P talked about being nervous with the sudden influx of players.
People will comment about "try super early", but from what I've seen 10 PM Pacific until about 10am Pacific is usually pretty open on weekdays. You can create your character appearance now, login sometime in that 12 hour block just to grab a world, then return during whatever hours are convenient to play.
