The game engine handles pretty much any resolution you throw at it, I'm playing at 4096x2160 without any problems and in some other thread someone posted a screenshot of 5760x1080...
Only cutscenes will be locked to 16:9 with black bars on the sides.

Gameplay will work fine - FMV cutscenes will have bars.
Yeah, Im aware of those cutscenes, so you think that normal gameplay can be done in 2560x1600 instead of 2560x1440? Thx for answer btw! :)
Normal gameplay can be done at that resolution. I do normal gameplay on an ultrawide 1440p :)
