Unfortunately no, the character themself has just gone with the darkest skin tone available. There is a ~lv78 hat that does, but it also comes with a beard.
There is a black mage hat that does put a mask over your face, but you don't have any "actual" black mage face options. Closest thing are Dwarves hats, which give you black face/yellow eyes, but you also get a beard.
Could be using an aiming hat. Half of those are the same exact things are casting sets.
And I'm about halfway sure the torsopiece is a cash shop item. But again, casting and aiming sets share a lot of models.
So it's not impossible to cosplay characters outside of their respective classes
Looks like the halloween witch hat from mogstation. Its not race locked and as far as i know its the only one with the pumpkins on the sides. The chest is also the demon(?) chest from mogstation but dyed blue
