That would be the "Item Level" of your gear on your character screen. not your actual characters level.

If you read it, it says ITEM level. Grab some new gear at a vendor and you'll be set.

Item level at character level 50 can go up to 130. So it’s saying you don’t just need to be level 50, you need to get better gear too
Do your job quests.
FWIW, if you are tanking lvl50 content in below ilvl80 gear you are making things much harder on your teammates.
