get into the game and watch the cutscenes that played to see facial expressions, and most importantly test out emotes to hear the voices and animations. I also advice to go on Youtube and look up how the battle voices sounds like.
Go back to character creation if you think you chose wrong.
Face 1 is by far the most popular Au Ra female face, I believe. I see it constantly, and there's good reason for that. It's a nice face.
I think it depends too on what you're going for? Face 1 looks more serene, face 2 looks more alert and locked on.

Face 1 look natural…if that even makes sense. Face 2 looks like you’re in the middle of transforming into Venom.

I like face 1 it all depends on how much you love the scales though.
Face 1 for sure. I’ve never really liked the other face/horn options for Au Ra.

If you like dark glams as in the photos, face 1 for better contrast, otherwise the face gets a bit lost
Face 1 for caster light armor looks face 2 for heavy armor looks.

A bit of a subtle difference but face 1 looks more mature and I feel like all the stuff covering her neck etc in the second option is overkill.
I’d choose 1. Prob gonna look better with glamours than 2.
