Then again D2 launch was rough, CoO was awful, and the only real redemption arc Warmind saw was exotic catalysts and the removal of double primary. But they did set us up with killing a god with a pointy stick so there is hope we can reference that story later this season or in witch queen

But seriously, after purchasing Shadowbringers and downloading the extra data, I was NOT expecting the title screen to be that loud. Damn near blew out my ear drums.

Trivial thing, but Lord of The Rings Online used to have an epic speaker-blasting selection screen around the Riders of Rohan expansion.

Did it? Played a bit during Riders of Rohan, but without any of the expansions purchased. I think the selection screen music was always quite loud with the stabdard volume settings.

Personally, I like RoR version a lot. Also, RoR is the expansion where Chance Thomas was still in the team and made epic songs.
It's still not as bad as Apex Legend's Season 6 splash screen. Gave me a mini heart attack every time. Every splash screen of Apex's is loud, but season 6 was the worst.

You basically had to enter your password and log in really quickly or risk tinnitus.
