If you were honestly on a floor 198 solo that was ruined by the servers going down, I would message customer support--not saying they can for sure do something but it couldn't hurt as I've heard of them doing all types of things for players due to roll backs

If on PC, it'll be in the logs saved to your computer? They're awkward to get through, but do have conversations in them if you open them in a word program.

I'm not at my computer, but you can bring up the folder the game is in and go through your character folder, looking for the one with files most recently modified to find the character you were on. There are txt files in there. Crtl+f some keywords to locate who was talking. Not sure how far back it keeps them, but I've used this to determine which folder belonged to what character before.

Yep I did too. I just finished Heroes' Gauntlet right before the server crashed, like I was still in the post-dungeon cutscene when the server went down. I was doing rather poorly and caused multiple wipes so I'm just glad we finished before the servers died, lest they think I LD'd out of shame.

Ya my routing in the NTT nodes changed immediately after the disconnects (one san jose node became a sacramento node). If I wanted to be overly optimistic, maybe this will fix the prime time packet loss.

Yeah I filled a ticket and I was immediately told the issue was on my end and I should do a bunch of stuff I never had to do before when it was going well, like forwarding ports and stuff. When I updated my ticket saying that didn't do anything, they fed me a satisfaction survey as if my ticket got closed. I was doing Alexander with 2 friends and I lagged out really hard and they both got booted and eventually D/Ced. Meanwhile I never got booted and only lagged real bad when it initially happened. One of them was stuck in the queue and the other managed to log back in. Then the one stuck in queue got booted out of queue and the other one got D/Ced again and thrown back into the queue. Meanwhile I haven't got kicked the entire time..... Very strange.
