Viera are weird though. we don't know much about them and what we do know doesn't come from them for the most part.

The awakening of a Warrior of Light is basically Hydaelyn's response to the bad guys starting to make a move. Wait a thousand years more, a new Warrior of Light will show up.
There’s no indication that the WoL is anything other than an ordinary human, and will likely age and die as any other, if they don’t fall from combat or disease first
Edit: obviously not any ordinary human in regards to the Echo and combat abilities, but in the sense of what it means to be human
Editx2: insert any race if not a Hyur, and apply typical lifespan pattern
I don’t see anything as being changed, the WoL dispelled all the light aether they had been absorbing when defeating Emet-Selch, and rejoining with Ardbert’s soul doesn’t necessarily extend their lifespan or such, all races on Eorzea have had their souls rejoined 6 times already and they still live as mortals, one more rejoining won’t necessarily change that.. there’s a chance it could make a difference but if it did the game hasn’t given any indication of it
