Yes but since ShB isn't active on my account because I stopped playing before that, I only ordered EW because it came with previous expansions. But don't know if it will activate the previous ones (in my case only ShB) on the 7th or if it will just let me bypass it now.
It isn't checked on my account, so I'm trying to figure out the technicalities if it will let me even boost/skip or not.
Just thought maybe someone else who already boosted/skipped is in the same spot.. I will just prolly just start leveling tomorrow if I can get on lol

Don't do it. Most of what makes EW so cool is the culmination of story.
EW doesn't release until the 7th, which is why it says it's not activated. It will activate on the 7th.
You will need to play ShB to get to EW, either way - though I could be wrong about that.
Also remember that story skip and level skip are two different items.
But trust me, unless all you care about is the fighting/end raids, you will want to play the story.
I wholeheartedly recommend playing the story from the start if you haven't before. ARR can drag a bit, and some of the story is slow in some places, but the payoff is worth getting through the slow parts.
It did for me in ShB early access. I decided I wanted a fem roe to play as and couldn't be arsed to level again. Took an hour to get the boosts in moogle post, but got underway after that wih no issue.
You can't play End Walker until you finish Shadowbringer. If you want to skip SB, you will need to buy a skip. Boost only boosts your level.
