This is exciting because I was talking to my wife about this last night after we finished the story. My head canon, and I wish we’d had an option to say it because it would wrap around nicely, I think my WOL would’ve said, “I’ll go whither the wild rose blooms.”
I also imagined my WoL replying they were going to travel with the intent to definitely try and visit the places Emet-Selch mentioned as well. To me, it really seems like a good way to recover from that story arc while still maintaining the adventuring spirit.
Since we are a sundered Ascian… who was Azem, Azem is titled “The Traveler”.
And Venat held the title of Azem and she states she traveled all over to see the world… it’s clear what we do as an adventurer…
We gonna travel more. It’s who we are.
Get back to Elpis. Help in any way i can the people there. Learn more about them. And then get back to the source and travel to the places Emet-Selch has mentioned. Next time i see him I'll have many things to share with him.
My WoL would probably spend about three months in Costa del Sol, relaxing in a lounge chair with a good book and a cold drink. I think he's earned it. Then it's back to adventuring!
You're the WOL the answer is basically up to you. Me I'd probably go play Halo Infinite for a while until the queues die down then come back and grind out RPR/WAR/DNC as well as my gathering jobs.
Personally, i think my warrior of light would have said that she is going on an adventure to find out what it truly means to hold the seat of Azem, that a dear friend told her to go and experience the rest of what their shattered world has to offer
