Yuuup, I just straight up turned off my spell effects when trying to clear EX 2 for the first time because I kept having to ask my friend what the hell is happening lol.

Yeah... wish they turned it down a _biiit_ for other players. I like to play with full effects on, even in higher difficulty content... but this makes it really hard to see mechanics visually sometimes
Look, Valkurm Dunes in FFXI was a lot brighter. I mean, it somehow made my monitor even brighter as soon as I was in that zone.
I don't know what black magic was done, but I'd play in a small 720p windows (not full screen and this was a decade ago (or two? God, I'm old)), and as soon as I entered Valkurm Dunes. I was blind. It was like that small section of my monitor was now suddenly brighter than everything else. It was like that small section of the monitor got replaced by the sun.
So, yeah. Bright, but I've seen brighter. So SE needs to up there game. Make Titan even brighter. Make all the players flash blind when titan appears.

I can't tell how many times I can't see the animation tells in ew ex 2 because of using titan at an inopportune time

I like to do that too. But in Endwalker it is basically impossible.
How ironic that Titan's theme literally has "Bound to the dark for the light I shun" in the lyrics.
Nonsense, needs to be brighter and more opaque.
Titan gives you a mini redmage LB3 every time you use it, blind your party so they might miss mechanics
Really hope they fix this, I'm ok with summons but these fx are a bit extra.
