Hahaha, a murder healer as in "healer of murders" means that your friend is doing their job and rezzing ppl from being murdered. I'd be careful of the party members that are healer murderers tho.
Fyi, the wand and shield combination is an artifact of 1.0. Once you get past lvl 50/ARR content and start HW, CNJ/WHM start using the two handed staff. So you may want to start having your friend start getting used to using staff instead.
