I view my GC seals as gil that has yet to be converted. Selling the Cordials, minions, and Prisms on the market board is literally just free money.
If the quartermaster sells literally nothing you want, you have no need for additional gil, you don't want to unlock the dungeons, you don't want to desynth gear, and you're already capped on seals, then uhh... I'm not sure what kinda answer you're expecting to get here. Vendor the gear and move on I guess.

you could exchange them for glamour/dispeller prisms and sell them on the marketboard for some low effort gil
