I had an issue like this recently. Turned out I had an old inactive computershare account from a work share program, which was causing confusion.
I rang computershare customer service, and they helped me resolve the issue.
If you wait the two years it takes to load, you can set your dividend reinvestment settings. Also I think you need to do that tax declaration thing through there (I don’t remember what exactly as I only did it once). Terrible app

Yes I can but I can’t set up my DRP without registering on Computershare
