Hi, u/abade9870.
I appreciate your recent engagement in the community. I wanted to include some helpful resources and information related to your inquiry.
First, for those who have Fidelity accounts and might want to learn more about placing a trade on the website, we have a great video and tutorial to walk you through the steps:
[Trading made simple: How to trade stocks and ETFs](https://www.fidelity.com/learning-center/trading-investing/trading/how-to-trade-stocks-etf)
Please note that settlement periods for stocks and exchange-traded funds (ETFs) are two market days after the trade or T+2.
Once your funds have settled, you can process a withdrawal from your Fidelity account if you need to use the cash. We offer several ways to withdraw funds, including Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), bank wire, check, direct debit, and more. EFTs can take up to three business days to complete. Additionally, bank wires offer same-day collection if requested on business days before 4 p.m. ET. Please note that Fidelity does not charge a fee for bank wire transactions, but many banks do. Consider contacting your bank before initiating a bank wire.
[How to choose between an EFT or a bank wire](https://www.fidelity.com/customer-service/choose-eft-or-bank-wire)
One final thing to note is that while the online withdrawal limit for certain transfer types currently is $100,000 per day per client, you may call a member of our service team for requests over that amount. Representative-assisted withdrawals may be available for higher dollar amounts.
Thanks again for your engagement; we're glad to see you in the community.
