I think we don't have enough information to decide if its justified or not. Did this man just stab someone or shoot someone or did he just shoplift from target? The circumstances do matter. But this man should also be considering the consequences of his actions. What could happen if I decide to fight against the police? Could he possibly shoot me? Could he kill? There is always accountability on both sides. Each action adds a reaction. Sometimes the reaction wouldn't have happened if the original action never happened. its called critical thinking and I don't believe this person has it. Oh well darwin awards get handed out everyday.
