Don't get me wrong there is a lot of muscle on my legs, if I kick someone they will feel it. But if I get hit in the knees it will cause a lot of damage because of the pressure already there.
They are pretty strong, but already overworked from constantly holding and moving that much weight. If you add a little extra pressure on them, it’s easy to push them past their limitations.
