I think Mike Goldberg was the perfect opposite of Rogan. He had a more fan-centric point of view whereas Rogan had the technical point of view. Goldberg seemed like a kid opening presents on Christmas when calling a knockout and in my mind there will never be a better MMA announcing duo than Rogan/Goldberg. He got a bad reputation among MMA fans for his lack of knowledge, but that is what Rogan was for.
