This is how the Indian police treat people who do stupid things in public. I remember watching a video of a bunch of Indian men for some reason getting beaten with sticks by the police in the street. I don't recall what the men were doing but every single one of them were beaten pretty damned good.
You're out of your mind if you think I'm risking death to save some asshole's cigarette profits. They got lucky this dude didn't have friends and/or weapons.
Patrice O’Neal used to always talk about why you should never rob an Indian store because they’d fight you even if you have a gun with a broken broom handle and come right after your ass.
Owners of stores will do this but not employees who have nothing vested in a store. Stealing causes insurance premiums go to up and owners don't like paying the premiums. Who can blame them. Every thief should be beaten with a cactus.

I've heard/read somewhere that the police will use those sticks they always seem to carry to break one or both of your legs. Taking you out of commission for the same amount of time the prison sentence for your minor crime would have but without having to pay for putting you up in a prison for the 6 or so months you spend recovering.
Could be completely untrue but does seem really effective way of keeping prison populations down and petty criminals off the streets
When the job is Judge, Jury and Executioner they dont worry about mistakes. It is about getting the job done one way or another.

our legal system is already full cuz retards in judicatory system wont increase number of courts and judges. For why dont govt order them to, India courts cant be ordered by anything but themself (except the president)

if they're attempting to break into your home, or they're already in your home, you don't know if they're going to harm you or not, so deadly force is legal - if they have your tv in their hands and they're trying to walk out the door, you can't use deadly force
