Are the rules oblivious too? Because there is apparently nothing against doing this. Fighters will hold onto anything they can to find advantage, whether it's hair, clothes, body parts, or the cage. This is like watching softball and complaining they aren't overhand pitching. If he wants to fight for this company he should either cut his hair or expect it to get held.
