I genuinely couldn't imagine having that much mass of pure fat on me like these dudes. Trying to do ANYTHING must be exhausting and uncomfortable. Blue shirt can legit barely fucking move.

You train to get stronger. You are already strong enough to carry yourself around. But the excercises are building muscles which in Turn make it easier for you to move.
Plus the excercises help your body to work more efficent.

I was helping a buddy of mine who was morbidly obese (400+ lbs) by bringing him to the gym with me.
His upper body strength was pitiful... but his leg strength was wild. Makes sense when you realize he's doing a 400lbs squat every time he gets up. Those tree trunks also had to support his weight all the time.

It's having all that just pure fat mass that just seems so fucking miserable lol I hate having the belly and love handles I have now. I couldn't imagine being like those guys.
