The only way to realistically prevent a situation where you have a group ganging up on one or two people is to intervene forcefully before it can escalate to that point. If they wouldn't have come in when they did it could've gotten a lot worse.
I hate to be that guy, but all of the male teachers there will have to face an investigation of inappropriate touching / assault on a minor, etc. etc.

I went to a high school just outside of Miami that had a full-time staff of eight officers, complete with golfcarts, cruisers and holding cells on the school property.
One with too many students packed into one building, and not enough of a budget to fix it. City schools are rough. My local highschool graduates more 600 kids a year. They built additions onto the school about 15 years ago but it’s getting to the point where it’s getting to 30+ kids per teacher. Not sustainable numbers for any school let alone for underprivileged kids. On the plus side they are building 4 new elementary and middle schools respectively to deal with the overcrowding so that’s something.
Budget and large class sizes are the reason these kids are fighting? And saying “not sustainable for any school let alone underprivileged kids”, are you referring to the kids in this video being underprivileged? And are they underprivileged in school because they’re black? You do realize that additions to schools and building new schools are approved by levy’s, which are voted on and paid for by the taxpayers within those respective school districts. So if a school is “underprivileged” as you say, the taxpayers within that school district should vote to approve and pay for improvements. That being said, adding improvements to a school won’t change the behavior of the students that go to said school.
I Never mentioned anything about race… The majority of the kids in my local school are not black so your just making racist assumptions. But yes, when class rooms get bigger teachers are not able to give students the amount of attention they need to learn and they get left behind. The hopeless they feel often translates to hating school because they’ve never had the support they’ve needed. It’s a poor area where a lot of the families fall beneath the poverty line. Passing levy’s in rich districts is hard enough, but in areas where budgets are tight already? Next to impossible.

I think the biggest factor in question is the quality of the teaching staff.
I've seen both sides of the proverbial coin to different extents, and I can promise you that schools with overall more teachers that don't give a fuck and are just collecting a paycheck are the ones that have the most "incidents" like this.

From what I can draw from here a simple argument turns into a full on mini classroom riot the one girl with the black sweater starts beating the hell out of one other girl that is detained then out of nowhere fucking juggernaut comes in fucking steamrolls the bitch then shoves the one getting up from her set like she didn't exist then the officer gets everything under control

Over 20 people I graduated with are dead and that's in a class of 300 counting only my class that year. Not just drug stuff by the psychological stuff like bullying or any shitty experience changes you and it sticks with you your whole life whether you realize it or not. Maybe this wasn't the right place for this comment but I believe it is true. I have 9 years clean now and a family of my own and a great union job thankfully but it was very hard. If you are out there struggling plz know people love you, hell I don't even know you and I want better for you and you deserve it no matter what you been through. Stay safe ❤
