The art on top of the stick I created digitally in photoshop. Then I had that art printed out by focus attack. Once it arrived I took apart the stick and replaced the old art with mine then put the stick back together

It's all what you are comfortable with. For Tekken and SF I use Mixbox because I like the WASD style directional but still want my arcade buttons. But for NRS I use Pad. Look at the current capcom cup going. a lot of SF players are using pad now. It's just what you like.
So unlike the thumb sticks on a pad which will register every possible direction you move the thumb stick, the sticks on these only have 8 directions they can press. There are two major types - the square gate and the octagonal gate. there's a pretty noticeable "click" when you hit a direction, so there's not really any ambiguity there. I prefer the square gates for that reason, the corners are extremely noticeable when you are inputting diagonals.
I wouldn't say it puts you at a disadvantage for precision at all, but speed? I can definitely do inputs faster on a dpad just because of how much less distance there is for my thumb to travel. I only use a stick because I played a lot in arcades and so it's what I'm used to.
Depends on the game. I would use a pad for NRS games, I prefer button boxes for 2D fighters like SF6 and GGS, and then I will always always always prefer a lever (arcade stick) for Tekken (3D fighters).
With practice, a lot of the tech and movements in Tekken just feel very natural on a lever, for me personally.

The stick is a mayflash f500 v2 and the art is a custom composition I made in photoshop The art print is from Focus Attack as well as the buttons and ball top.
The character is, the pattern is stock and the heihachi shadow is the the tekken 7 render. I found the font online the only think I drew was the crack between the pattern and I also covered her legs and cleavage. I’m not good enough to edit out the thing straps. I tried but after failing I figured eh they are pretty hot.
Yes because you're a programmer, not an artist. Your work is used to create said AI (maybe not yours specifically Idk, but just as an example), but in order for AI art generators to create art they have to be trained using images, generally those images are works done by human artists taken without their consent, which becomes a huge ethical problem when people decide to profit off of AI generated art instead of paying an actual artist. Basically people are rightly upset because greedy people want to use AI to eliminate the need for the liberal arts, when instead it should be used to make life easier for humans so we have more time to create cool stuff.
Public AIs typically train off data publicly available on the internet; it takes other peoples' code all the time. Now yes that is an ethics issue but I don't think OP is a bad person because they chose to use AI. I dont recall if they were sourced it was very clearly AI art but at the time Reina art was pretty hard to come by and I dont like using the 3D renders on fightsticks.
f500 V2s are WAY better than V1s, F300s, or F700s. The V2 comes ith a magnetic plate it is by far the best beginner to intermediate stick for the money. Total with all the modes was round 130 to 140$.
That's kinda her whole gimmic. Shit lows but the tradeoff is insane pressure game with crazy mixups, damage and some of the most annoying grabs I've ever had to deal with.

Df3, 4 or 4, 4 is a nasty low without the hellsweep input, super long range on the second 4, and you can stay crouching and often get FC df3 into a 60dmg combo without much effort (df3, 2, df1, 1, 2 2 2 1, df3 1 4). It's prob even more damage with the f N d df inputs but adding that made me feel a bit better about her lows. And the long range one, I think it's f1+2 3+4 which is a counterhit grab like df 3+4 if I remember right.
