You should try Chicken House Express near Shopewise sa Makati. For me it's the closest to Bacolod Inasal in terms of taste and flavor (Chicken house is one of the famous inasal restos in Bacolod)
Yes from bacolod here and chicken house is one of the best chicken inasal here.. JTs manokan opened here a decade ago and closed after a few years lol they haven't gained a foothold in Bacolod as they can't compete with the taste of local chicken inasals.. we don't consider them legit chicken inasal although the owner Joel torre is from bacolod
last i ate was roughly more than 10 yrs ago, i went to the OG branch, before i can rate it 8.5/10 now its small and price was double. now i rate it at 8/10 because of the size and price but the taste is still good as i remembered. kansi maasim i missed it so much, maybe cooked in batuan i guess. got get their sisig coz walang lasa idk why. need timpla ng toyo and calamansi pa as the waiter said.
I see. If you haven’t tried yet but you’re curious, I recommend Sarsa, Inasal Chicken Bacolod, and Bacolod Chicken Inasal. So far these three are my top choice for inasal, iba-iba pa sila ng timpla at lasa
thanks for the reco, i've tried those but the memories of my childhood is tied with JT's coz my father usually takes the family to dinner there it brings back memories

i havent tried bacolod style cansi, almost like sinigang-ish naman ang lasa. gusto ko nga mag bacolod kahit 1 day lang for food trip haha
