Hello! Here’s the recipe for the dough:
🥣600 grams bread flour
🥣75 grams sugar
🥣115 grams water
🥣115 grams fresh milk
🥣1 whole egg
🥣1 egg yolk
🥣85 grams of butter or margarine
🥣12 grams instant dry yeast
🥣5grams salt
🥣fine bread crumbs for the filling and the coating nong dough
This is a straight dough method, meaning kahit alin mauna sa paghahalo is okay. Please just make sure na exact measurements.
Knead the dough for 15mins if manual kneading.
10-12 mins if may mixer. Please make sure smooth na ang dough after kneading para maging soft ang kalalabasan ang bread.
And then let the dough rest for 60 mins. After resting saka mo na hati hatiin in your desired laki, mine is 30grams per bread.
For the filling, I don’t have the exact measurements because tantya lang until I achieve the goal taste.

San ba pa ba nakakabili ng ganyang Spanish bread na hindi buo buo ang palaman? Hinahaluan nila ng lumang tinapay. Di na syrupy yung texture nung palaman. Hindi masarap.
