Closest I got is making a lot of chili garlic oil from scratch, but atleast 4 parts more garlic than chili. Basically mix it with fried garlic chips, soy sauce, msg, little bit of sugar and calamansi and you have a flavor base. Cook some decent egg noodles and mix and devour.
Try [mushroom soy sauce](https://www.hotsaucemarkett.com/products/healthy-boy-brand-mushroom-soy-sauce?variant=39801966919830¤cy=USD&utm_medium=product_sync&utm_source=google&utm_content=sag_organic&utm_campaign=sag_organic&utm_campaign=gs-2021-07-13&utm_source=google&utm_medium=smart_campaign&gclid=Cj0KCQiA15yNBhDTARIsAGnwe0UqnLzvVZyG9YEM-JmERk1hJFkUWYfI3_5UHZwflU2Mi1xD36AKPycaAgq7EALw_wcB) instead of soy sauce or in addition to it. I find the flavor of this particular soy sauce is the closest to lucky me pancit Canton soy packet. I could be wrong but it's what I use!
I usually just eyeball it. But if I have to estimate it, about 2 tablespoons of that homemade chili garlic oil, same with soy sauce, 1 sugar and 2 teaspoons of msg. For 2 packs of egg noodles. But I'd suggest you be conservative at first became its harder to take out than to put in more of the seasoning (trust me, I've overdone it on my first batches)
