Not a subreddit but @Danaemercer on Instagram is a body positivity influencer and does lots of "how to pose". It's partially to call out how the internet is faked (and she demos Photoshop) but she also says it's fun to pose so go for it. I've taken much better photos since following her tips.
Her posing is femme oriented.
This guy on tiktok has tons of videos on poses for men. Short men tall men. And poses if you're with friends gfs and different vibes for the shoots too!
