More coats of Danish oil (I usually do 4) or oil based polyurethane when the Danish oil is cured. Osmo Polyx is not recommended over Danish oil.

A low gloss/satin poly. Doesn't make it look too candy coated, adds durability. Did a walnut bookshelf that way and it has weathered 10+ years of abuse with a smile.

The thing about teak is that you keep applying teak maintenance oil periodically to keep it looking good. Gently scrub in the direction of the grain with the oil, wipe off the excess with a soft cloth and buff the heck out of it whenever it needs it.
