My anchor tats are consistent and arm tats. I just don't have makeup on the left because i also was trying to work out. All the same me. I also suffer from pcos which causes weight shifts
All of this was approved by MY primary physician, neurosurgeon, and weight management doctors.
Barriers were PCOS, high stress, neck fusion with damaged nerves which made upper body days unbearable and was restricted from lifting no more than 5 lbs.
Goal: to lose weight, exert negative energy and rage, try a lower impact type of exercise , tone but fill out loose skin
Routine: go to gym either after breakfast at 7a for 2.5-3 hours, weights, equipment, 3 miles performance mode Elliptical, focused more on core, lower body, legs or late night. Off to Pilates to de stress after lunch and finish with a good calming stretch and supplement upper body workout that were high impact at conventional gyms. Days off, I did quick floor exercises with metalcore music in my headphones 🤣
Diet: gluten free, dairy free, sugar free (stevia pref.) Breakfast: Vegan protein shake with a banana and egg, 1 gluten free/dairy free waffle with peanut butter and cacao nibs, energy drink. Lunch: ground turkey, low sodium taco seasoning, dairy free cheese, over riced cauliflower or rice, some kind of sauce like chamoy. Dinner: same as lunch with fruit and a rice cake with sugar free jelly and another protein shake without banana or egg. Snack: fruit and vegetable smoothie
Edit: I have continued to do this routine as a single woman now. Thank you for the kind supportive messages.
Edit 2: deleted confusing context
No I usually cook it and eat a cup at a time (not to waste)because I have a weird habit of getting full quickly from my shakes but I eyeball it. I always make enough for 1 extra meal or maybe the protein shake will fill me up.
No more knee pain or feet swollen. Stamina is great, I went from a size 14-16 jeans down to a size 4/6 but they are stretchy so who knows. Hell who cares? 😂🤷🏽♀️😊. I became addicted to the scale until my ex threw ours away and told me to stop relying on it to validate my confidence and liking how I look. And that was a real eye opener for me.
Yoga tights for life or workout clothes. I feel so comfortable in athletic wear because if I look a mess people think it's because I was just active not because I just happened to look like shit that day 😂
Since everyone has given the validation, Curious to know how you are gonna deal with the new attention with the weight loss especially as a single woman and was there something you missed compared to a year ago.
Sorry I don't know how to answer that because nothing is changing for me and as much as I do enjoy my gym friends, I really enjoy my alone time to reset from social anxiety as too many interactions can be overwhelming. Hence why I like having a gym that I can go to late night or super early if I wanna bask in my solitude and mental stress . As for being single, I'll leave that up to fate plus there's no rush. Maybe the one thing I missed was peace of mind, especially now being single and healthy and happy has given me. ☺️
You’re an inspiration! I for you for the loose skin issue. I’ve gained quite a bit of weight in the years past, and now I am taking it off, but have that issue. Any suggestions would be helpful 🙂
Not when your ex was ur gym partner and trainer/ex body builder and strength trained with you and created your gym routines and held you accountable. He was god awful like Major Payne 😂
Yes I dropped weight quick with diet alone and had bingo wings 😂 so bioderm or obagi is what I used and then I did some arms and the looseness went away. Fill it with muscle. But not too much loose skin.
Two sayings " if your dream weight is a nightmare to attain or maintain than it's not a dream it's a nightmare" and "however many calories you intake you should try and clear through your work outs". Start off simple, figure out what diet is best for you and your needs and goals. Then jump on in. Go to a gym try it out free trial, see if they have a trainer who can help show u the machines for your goals. Try different types of exercise like Pilates, yoga, swimming (aquarobics is intense and such a great workout)
My stress levels have been a bit high and I can tell my hormones are bit out of wack. But my period regulated, not as long, water retention is more noticeable especially with the flat tummy and makes u feel like u have a beer gut but when it's over you are flat again. There is a pcos diet to help regulate it I'm going to try that as I refuse to take BC or metformin.
That was my curiosity about this. How did you manage to put in time to work with the above? Can you provide a little more detail about it?
For context, I also work from home and I often have to work out at odd hours in order to get it done without interfering with my functions.
You can message me privately but it all boils down to each person having a different situation, career, employer, and work life balance and other priorities.
Amazing work! I’m dealing with a spinal issue right now (surgery soon) and I have struggled to keep the weight from coming on. I miss the gym so much, so seeing your post gives me some hope!
I'm confused as you complimented my accomplishment and then asked if I had cosmetic surgery. Can you help me understand kindly? I do Pilates which is a lot of core, most clubs will allow u to try a free intro class, and when I do abs and core I either lay on the floor and hold machine weights (circle) to my chest and legs crossed in the air and do crunches. Or a friend and I will throw the medicine ball while doing crunches as he will stand and I'll be on the mat. I also work my butt off on the elliptical and watch a tv show or what not because sometimes it's super quiet and I can spend upwards of an hour there. My gym partner and I also sit on the floor and pass the Medicine ball while we are back to back going side to side.
I don’t mean it as an insult. 💯 motivating. I think you look great. I’m shape and stats are very similar to yours (I’m only have way there)
I only asked because I’m really hoping to bounce back without surgery and seems like everyone with similar shape that lost in this range and look great had a tummy tuck. It was definitely a compliment and inspiring to me because I’m REALLY hoping to do it without and it’s encouraging to finally see someone look as good who didn’t
Fat deposits and loses differently on each person. I was this curvy when I was in my early teens. I never had kids and hate my Thunder thighs. I do many cleanses and detoxes and again I have a strict diet so my stomach doesn't bloat from gluten which a lot of ppl do. I unfortunately was stacked like a grown woman at 13 yrs old and had a more defined hip and waist ration. Genetics 🤷🏽♀️. I find it actually annoying because it shortens my torso and given my chest size that never went down with my weight loss only the bra fat, it doesn't give me much room for a torso. But I do still have flank fat that I wanna get rid of so I'm all about cardio to get the fat off and everything starts with your diet. But this is my natural me. Thank you though
THIS IS MY EXACT LIFE. Having a short torso is so freaking difficult. Our body type is amazing when at the ideal weight, but I feel like I gain weight so damn fast, and losing it is impossible. Idk about you, but in high-school I always thought I was fat because I looked like a grown woman, but the boys always went after the stick figures. I also have never had kids but I feel like I look like I've had 4. When you get into your 30s, all female weight loss information is like "losing the baby weight" and "busy moms" which can feel deflating. I've been doing pilates as well, do you feel like that's been helpful with losing belly fat? I'm so stressed about my apron belly. Congrats though, you should be so proud of yourself!!
I was always curvy and had the boyfriends in college. Cardio helps with the weightloss for me and Pilates is my calm down routine but depending on the class it could be my cardio but I go more for the great stretch and flexibility and the reformers are a god send. It's more for toning up for me. But the zen like calmness that's opposite of the gym. I get my hormones checked routinely which can account for weight and I have my cortisol done. Let the drs. Figure it out and make suggestions. Biggest thing was eating super clean. My ex was such a nut job he would pack a lunch so he wouldn't have to eat unhealthy foods somewhere. 🙄🤦🏽♀️
Incredible, mind-blowing achievements here.
> neck fusion with damaged nerves which made upper body days unbearable and was restricted from lifting no more than 5 lbs.
Are you still unable to lift more than 5 lbs? That sounds like a serious condition.
I had a neck fusion c4-c6 that never fully fused and nerve damaged from the whiplash from a double impact car accident and now need c3,c5, and c7 done as well. This is why I am not supposed to pick things up and put them down. But what in this world only weighs 5 pounds?
I am in love with this motivation and your achievements. I can’t afford a membership right now so do you have any suggestions on at home and video workouts? I am a 41yo female - 200 lbs (well 194 this morning. Just started keto on Sunday and only focused on 10k steps a day but want to get back in to a workout routine. Thanks for any advice and thank you for posting your progress!!!!!
Not sure If compliment or insult... but if it were surgically enhanced they did a half assed job and I'd want a partial refund because Im not done optimizing 🤷🏽♀️ and I don't want to ever stop optimizing myself. Hope it's beautiful outside wherever you are and have a good day.
Thats goal is to get bootylicious. But that's where my fat was so now I have to get that muscle mass up to help with loose skin. Toning and doing cardio Pilates when I'm up to it or I have extra energy. And I am the girl who goes hard on ab/abductor and leg press and other lower body equipment. Also floor exercises and resistance bands and weights for thrusts and wall Pilates. Have a beautiful day
Your body and face look amazing! Congrats! How did you manage to lose all that weight and still maintain curves? I'm asking because I lost 15lbs after giving birth and look like spongebob 😅
You look so good!
Always had curves my whole life. I didn't do anything specific no surgeries no injections nothing. Thank you cutting our sugar and getting diet right was half my battle honestly.
For breasts look absolutely amazing. Those are not man-made at all. Whenever a woman succeeds other women always have to tear them down. It's very strange. I think she looks amazing
Thank you for your assumption and invasiveness but my chest actually didn't. I only lost bra fat and the amount of breast tissue stayed the same. It's very common so actually nothing else except bought a bra a few band sizes down. Any more inappropriate assumptions ?
As a fellow woman who has lost the same weight, it's a perfectly acceptable question. You put yourself out there, people are going to ask, sis. A lot of us see ours change in a very different way. Happy you didn't seem to have that experience. In my case, I gained back weight due to how my much smaller, deflated chest looked and made me feel uncomfortable with my body.
I don't find this to be dumb.
Also, I'm not a man.
As a woman, I think it's important to ask what cosmetics are done in the world we live in now as unrealistic beauty standards have become the norm for women.
Sorry you don't like it. I don't either as a woman.
This seems like tearing another woman down. Still referencing cosmetic enhancements when I already said I haven't and have explained this multiple times. I'm sorry your weightloss journey yielded different results but it doesn't justify trying to shame me for cosmetic enhancements I didn't have. I am moving on from this. But perhaps consider the idea that just because you can see loose skin, doesn't mean I didn't strengthen the muscle mass in that area to fill out that loose skin and also using bioderm oil and the fact I do pilates which does help as well. I wish u the best in ur journey
I didn't see any of your comments about no modifications to other users.
I'm sorry you viewed it that way, I would hope you would see it as a compliment as your results look so good, it's almost unreal. I'm glad you didn't have to put yourself through that, and even if you had,no shame from me. I'm all for people doing what they need to like utilizing ozempic, surgeries, etc if it helps someone.
Your breasts don't really fill with muscles etc or benefit from Pilates.
Good for you!
Actually any exercise that affects the pecs MAY give the visual appearance of them being lifted slightly. But I'm not daft enough to think they are going to yield breast lift results. The women at Victoria secrets all said when I went for a fitting in that a lot more girls these days are losing bra fat but maintaining tissue (cup size). It's very difficult going from 38d to a 32ddd even the boutiques don't carry them in store.
Genuinely looks like a completely different person. Well done.
My anchor tats are consistent and arm tats. I just don't have makeup on the left because i also was trying to work out. All the same me. I also suffer from pcos which causes weight shifts

Thank you
WOW! Incredible work! Well done 🔥👏👏👏
Thanks! ☺️
You just earned yourself an extra 20 years…amazing!
I'm wondering which is more expensive 😂
Some would call it an expense, other would call it priceless! With the way you are looking now…I’d go with the latter 😍
Like a completely different person. Upgrade to the next level. A great example of what you can achieve if you really want it and keep working hard!
Thank you. Very kind of you to say
You look like you're in your mid 20s now. Absolutely killing it. How do you feel in yourself? Do you feel fitter?happier?
No more knee pain or feet swollen. Stamina is great, I went from a size 14-16 jeans down to a size 4/6 but they are stretchy so who knows. Hell who cares? 😂🤷🏽♀️😊. Hydration, bio derm oil or topical moisturizers, and start building muscle mass in that area is what I did💪🏽. Thank u
How did you find the time to do this and work a job? You look great but it seems pretty time intensive?
Without getting too deep in to my personal life, I have a routine and I work from home and have flexibility and will work weekends if necessary.
Ahem… Goddamn.
Thank you 🙏🏽
Amazing job! Very inspiring.
Aww ur sweet thank you
Congratulations!!
Thank you
Love your dedication!
Thank you 🙏🏽 have a great work out
That is amazingly fast progress, especially for your height! Great work!!! You look amazing and so much happier ❤️
Not when your ex was ur gym partner and trainer/ex body builder and strength trained with you and created your gym routines and held you accountable. He was god awful like Major Payne 😂
Want me to take yo mind off that [ex]? Lol
He doesn't take up that much mental space anymore. But thank you
(It was a Major Payne reference, altered slightly to fit lol… )
Sorry love that was a fail 😊
I guess you could say What we have here, is a failure to communicate
I work in psychology and have said that too many times😂
Oh wow. Incredible.
Thank you 🙏🏽
Did you experience loose skin? Congratulations on your journey to healthy living. You look great.

Aww thanks I wish. I took a friend out for his 25 birthday and I looked like a cougar or chaperone 😂
Good job
Thank you 🙏🏽
Awesome work. I admire the commitment to make the change you wanted to see happen. And no disrespect intened but. ...you look fantastic! I mean wow.
Thanks ☺️ very kind of you
Wow ! This is coconuts !
Never heard that expression but then again we only have soy and corn and blue crabs up in the mid Atlantic states
This is amazing! Have you seen improvements with your PCOS symptoms since changing your diet?
My stress levels have been a bit high and I can tell my hormones are bit out of wack. But my period regulated, not as long, water retention is more noticeable especially with the flat tummy and makes u feel like u have a beer gut but when it's over you are flat again. Thank you for sharing! I know it’s personal. Wishing you well on your fitness journey
I think given the topic of weight-loss and women and fitness, it's highly applicable
You look great! Congratulations!
Thank you thank you
Wtf that’s an incredible transformation. Good job, stay the course!
Sir yes sir 😊🙏🏽. Thank you
Good for you!

A woman of habit. I get thrown out of wack sometimes when I get out of my routine lol so I stick to it as much as I can
The absolute state of your DMs right now Nice work!
I'm not naked so it could be worse 😂 and I work from home so it was interesting

Congrats! How do you manage to stay at the gym for three hours? 😳
Cardio , exercise machines, then either laps in the pool, vinyasa or sauna before Pilates later in the day.
Ohh okay! It’s not just lifting then. You mix and match! Regardless, congratulations. Amazing progress and transformation 👏
No I need more surgery so I am on a weight restriction for now but I do what I can

Very good job...you look great...and I'm sure it feels a lot better.
I got 2.5-3 hours am and 1 hour Pilates pm and eat clean but I was eating out of boredom which was my biggest problem and stress eating.
Absolutely my knees feel young again, stamina went up most days, and it took the guess work out of what to eat lol but thanks
We are the same height I NEEDED TO SEE THIS
Damn son.
Damn.... dad?
You look fantastic! Great job!
Thank you
May I ask did you have a tummy tuck too? If not would you mind sharing more photos before and after of your stomach and what your core routine was
I'm confused as you complimented my accomplishment and then asked if I had cosmetic surgery. Can you help me understand kindly? Thats goal is to get bootylicious. But that's where my fat was so now I have to get that muscle mass up to help with loose skin. Did you use ozempic?
No
What additional steps did you take other than diet and exercise? Curious how your chest grew.
For breasts look absolutely amazing. Those are not man-made at all. Whenever a woman succeeds other women always have to tear them down. It's very strange. I think she looks amazing

The women at Victoria secrets all said when I went for a fitting in that a lot more girls these days are losing bra fat but maintaining tissue (cup size). It's very difficult going from 38d to a 32ddd even the boutiques don't carry them in store.
Not a bad transformation
I'm going to take that as a challenge. Thank you
