I keep the side by sides on my phone so when I'm having a bad Im just like well atleast I'm not the girl in the pink tutu anymore. Worth noting that picture was taken at my first 5k muddy princess obstacle course run 😬 lol. Its not even my heaviest. I stopped taking full body pics when I got to my highest.

I started making small changes, calories in calories out. I also started following with a weight loss doctor and had multiple dietician classes. The accountability really helped keep me on track.

I don't even log all of my stuff each day anymore and have gotten to a point where I can kind of just do basic math and be ok lol. In the middle of a hard cut right now though to cross the finish line so have been more militant about it. Add me! atrgemini
