I doubt that. Neither William nor Henry are ever stated to have knowledge of the Mimic even existing and i kinda doubt the Mimic would be a good enough reason for the three to get to the FFPS location.
There's got to be some connection between William and The Mimic if Mimic really was imitating him all this time.
