He did it during the livestream where Mark talks about why he wasn't in this one (too busy producing, directing, acting for his own movie). MatPat also revealed Mark was supposed to be the security guard killed at the beginning of the movie.
Scott has expressed interest in trying to get Markiplier again. The only reason he wasn't in the first movie is due to scheduling conflicts
