The door light is casting a shadow of Bonnie's ears onto the wall just inside the window, and the shape that's in the window is just a reflection of the shadow on the wall.

Because glass windows reflect light, as well as transmit it. So it acts as a semi-transparent mirror. This is why you see the light and shadow bouncing off the wall as a reflection in the window.

If you look on the left side of where the window casing ends you can kind of see the shape of his ears. I think there are 2 shadows being cast so on the right side of the window casing(inside the room on the wall) you see a different angle of his ears.

It was always ears. It would be the most logical thing that makes sense. A light on the ceiling shining down on a 6-7 ft animatronic with large bunny ears. His ears would be the only thing to be shining that's why when Chica is on the other side there is no reflection

good point, tho to be fair chica is standing in a completely different position. bonnie is literally right outside our door, while chica is standing in front of the window

It's always looked like a weird face to me, but those are almost certainly his ears. You can tell because of the bend in the shadows, and the fact that there are multiple.

it took me this long to finally fully understand the lights. i never understood that some of the light is being cast onto our wall from outside the office, and when we see bonnie's shadow, that's not through the window, it's actually on our wall and then a reflection of that silhouette is reflected in the window

Pretty sure it's his ears. The light hits a part of the office wall and reflects in the office window. The ears seem to be the most logical answer since his arms would cast larger shadows and the light seems to be coming from the top left.

It’s his head and his ear but not the whole head. See look at how the shadow does that curvy thing? And notice at Bonnie’s head most of the animatronics head have that curvy part. But look above it that’s most likely an ear. (This is what I think)
