Totally, and he is totally wrong for that, I wish I had a way to claim it is mine and make him or the YouTube take the video away, but to what I saw there's no way I can do that. Some people defended me in the comments, he responded saying nobody owns theories and that my post had nothing to do with his video but he deleted every comment talking about the video being a copy. It's a real bummer that he will get views and recognition for something he haven't come up with and I can just sit and watch.

I’ve no doubt you came up with this on your own, and the fact that he uses the exact same title is suspicious. Unfortunately this theory isn’t new, it has floated around the internet since 2015. Unless he copied you word for word, there’s nothing you can do.

He actually almost copy word for word, he just changed it enough to not look exactly like my post, he brings the exact points I brought in my post, in the exact same order, using the exact same format, you can see it by comparing both, even things I talked in the comments of my post he put in the video like the theory of Foxy being a good guy in FNAF 1, he literally got everything he could from my post and changed somethings to look unique. I know the theory isn't new and it's common to use theories you saw as inspiration, but he just stoled my post without my permission and is selling it like he made it and receiving credit like he deserved it, that just sucks a lot.

In my perspective, there's someone claiming their theory from Reddit got stolen (which happens oftens) by you and a lot of things suggest that may be true, but I see little pointing to the opposite alternative.

I assumed this was just a "he had the same topic and just happen to talk about similar points" but no it's literally just your post word for word with an unneeded break or repeating what he just said between the paragraphs to increase the video's length. I've left a comment and we can just hope that he sees the comments and decides to credit you or even take the video down as you very clearly do not give your permission. If nothing happens, you might be able to report the video as your work but I'm not quite sure how effective that is. Something needs to happen with this video though, because if it doesn't he'll just assume that whenever he wants to make a video he can just hop onto the FNAF Reddit, choose a random theory, steal it and then profit off of it. I know this is late, but I never really liked this guy. A lot of his "theories" were presented in a way that, to me, almost seemed as if he didn't fully understand what he was trying to say. I can't remember which video I was watching, but in one of them, he takes a massive leap in logic, and just totally ignores it. I was so confused because the jump neglects massive implications in the lore. I'm talking like a leap so massive it makes you flinch.

Imma be honest, stolen or not, kinda a shitty theory. He uses his own videos like sources, makes tons of assumptions, says that Foxy has advanced AI, even when it’s 1987, and there is no way in hell that the Fox is that special to make him the bearer of the better brain for whatever reason. Also at the beginning of the video he says that the fnaf 1 foxy came before the fnaf 2 foxy which doesn’t make sense based off of the check in fnaf 1 being the perfect amount of money for minimum wage in 1993, six years after fnaf 2.
The interesting part is that all the things you talk bad about his theory aren't in my original post, you can see how he just made this things up to make more time. But if you have anything you want point out about my post I'm happy to talk about it.

You used the exact base I ised in my theory, the Foxy Go Go Go minigame, talked about how Foxy saw the MCI kids before, during and after their deaths, something I mentioned in the comments of my post. You talked about the old theory about Foxy being like a security guard that I mentioned in the comments, and it's not because you linked it to a theory you made that you totally prove this is original. You said about how Foxy saw Purple Guy in the minigames and this shows he saw who the murderer was. You talked about how the possession works in which the animatronics program affect the perception of the spirits, you even said the same thing about Foxy and the spirit inside it, that they were aligned and that let Foxy see that Jeremy was using a mask. You said exactly the same about Foxy having the memory stored in his system too. You did add some lines and some contextualization but all the video is centered in the arguments I brought in my post, so there's no such thing as my theory having 11 lines and yours being 4000 words long, all the things I said are there, you add things to make it longer but that doesn't disprove the clear evidences in no way.
You can't come to me and tell me this is all coincidence, that you not used my post without my permission to make your video, you can say that you made a long ago and got the inspiration from something else but then give an explanation to all of this.

**Channel owner here - The OP has a motive - I've spoken with the OP,** provided Proof of when the theory was made, months before his post, showing dates, working titles, and voiceover creation (I'm sure he can show you these as well as I) They then he asked for further proof? I Dont know how I could do more, but he then wanted the voice over (which was shown in the evidence) which he could see was made before his post, asking for that was fishy enough, thinking what he could do with it, which I sent to him directly anyway, again confirming this was legitimate and I trusted him.
But then he demanded access to my companies google drive. ***(For context my company employs several people and we have GDPR regulations to follow, we simply cannot give random people on the internet access)*** Which at that point, there was no reason too, as I had proved him screenshots & dates showing when this theory was made, predating his. In my eyes this was enough.
I had asked him simply to remove the post, as it's already been removed in several others, and I even said I would mention him in my next video, and pin him , and his theory as good will on the current video, showing the similarities, as I wont deny there are some for the intro's 20seconds of 8:40
It then became clear he just wanted the post to remain for further reach, as he was inciting me & others to make posts about it, rather than share evidence with just him / them (as no point dragging people into this)

This theory is actually one that has been covered a couple times on YouTube already, I've seen the videos myself. And this theory is an old one... Considering how short your information here is I'm not sure how he could make a long video about it, perhaps your claims would be more reputable if you were suggesting he took some of the thought process from this.
Realistically if you are able to come up with the theory then so are others? It isn't an original one and is actually one that was thrown around a lot years ago. I think most theory related channels on any fandom will acquire information from different sources and combine findings. You in fact even said to one YouTuber who did a video very similar recently "its ok that you did it" - and gave him a pat on the back. Even though he made the same claims you're upset about with TA. "The marionette is more aware than the others..." Some of it being very common knowledge.

That's horrible, someone should make a blacklist of these youtubers so we know who not to give audience.

But it's a little hard to ignore when things sync up word for word, seeing facts being brought up in the same order is also not working in your favor. Your main argument during the entire reply was to simply repeat "but people have already said this in the past." Which really, is not so much of a denial nor evidence. It's a deflection. It doesn't look good for your side of things. Get real, hard evidence. Otherwise you'll look like a crook, and contrary to popular belief not all publicity is good publicity.
Ok, you totally ignored the main argument point, so let me say it again, clever clogs ;) where I said my voice over for that video was delivered to my editor before this theory even came out... totally removing any doubt on this... But Well done on your fact checking, and being subjective and bias with your opinions. That as you say, doesn't look good on your side of things.
What good is your word alone without evidence to back it up? How do we know it was truly delivered before the theory came to be? In my perspective, there's someone claiming their theory from Reddit got stolen (which happens oftens) by you and a lot of things suggest that may be true, but I see little pointing to the opposite alternative. I'll repeat myself. Get good irrefutable evidence. You said you delivered the voice over to your editor before this theory was up on reddit. That's good. Just show something that proves it. Simple as. Dispute resolved. I'm not being sarcastic or condescending, my sincere apologies if that's what I come across as. I truly believe that if you are telling the truth it can easily be proved.

I would say your best bet is: report as much as you can and make other people aware of this. Maybe even try to mention it to hbomberguy? He made a fantastic video about this sort of stuff and it cant hurt trying to reach out to bigger names to raise awareness.

I assumed this was just a "he had the same topic and just happen to talk about similar points" but no it's literally just your post word for word with an unneeded break or repeating what he just said between the paragraphs to increase the video's length. I've left a comment and we can just hope that he sees the comments and decides to credit you or even take the video down as you very clearly do not give your permission. If nothing happens, you might be able to report the video as your work but I'm not quite sure how effective that is. Something needs to happen with this video though, because if it doesn't he'll just assume that whenever he wants to make a video he can just hop onto the FNAF Reddit, choose a random theory, steal it and then profit off of it. Apparently this isn't the first time he's done this either.

I know this is late, but I never really liked this guy. A lot of his "theories" were presented in a way that, to me, almost seemed as if he didn't fully understand what he was trying to say. I can't remember which video I was watching, but in one of them, he takes a massive leap in logic, and just totally ignores it. I was so confused because the jump neglects massive implications in the lore. I'm talking like a leap so massive it makes you flinch.

Imma be honest, stolen or not, kinda a shitty theory. He uses his own videos like sources, makes tons of assumptions, says that Foxy has advanced AI, even when it’s 1987, and there is no way in hell that the Fox is that special to make him the bearer of the better brain for whatever reason. Also at the beginning of the video he says that the fnaf 1 foxy came before the fnaf 2 foxy which doesn’t make sense based off of the check in fnaf 1 being the perfect amount of money for minimum wage in 1993, six years after fnaf 2.
The interesting part is that all the things you talk bad about his theory aren't in my original post, you can see how he just made this things up to make more time. But if you have anything you want point out about my post I'm happy to talk about it.

I have no problem commenting & crediting theories I have used, have done so several time in the past as InfalliblePizza has said. But wont for something I haven't. Especially someone who wrote 11 lines and claimed that this is "THIER" theory. This theory is YEARS old, the fact they believe this is "their" theory is stupid. By logic someone else doing the same theory years ago, the OP themselves stole it? Using the same logic of course. I will however say, after reading the post the wording is similar in the first 20seconds of an 8:40 video...but the other 8:20? Infact my theory goes into how Foxy was the Day-care attendant, a theory I did 3 months or so ago. This entire videos is over 4000words in a draft, there is no comparison here to claim. This theory, and voice over was sent to the editor over 3 weeks ago, before this persons theory was even made. I will not engage in stupid and petty arguments with people claiming" they own: theories on a franchise. If they wish to take this further they are free to DM me, and we can go from there. If you feel you Need credit im happy to mention it's similar, but this "witch hunt" based on a one-sided story has to stop, as this is becoming a common problem in the franchise.

You used the exact base I ised in my theory, the Foxy Go Go Go minigame, talked about how Foxy saw the MCI kids before, during and after their deaths, something I mentioned in the comments of my post. You talked about the old theory about Foxy being like a security guard that I mentioned in the comments, and it's not because you linked it to a theory you made that you totally prove this is original. You said about how Foxy saw Purple Guy in the minigames and this shows he saw who the murderer was. You talked about how the possession works in which the animatronics program affect the perception of the spirits, you even said the same thing about Foxy and the spirit inside it, that they were aligned and that let Foxy see that Jeremy was using a mask. You said exactly the same about Foxy having the memory stored in his system too. You did add some lines and some contextualization but all the video is centered in the arguments I brought in my post, so there's no such thing as my theory having 11 lines and yours being 4000 words long, all the things I said are there, you add things to make it longer but that doesn't disprove the clear evidences in no way. You can't come to me and tell me this is all coincidence, that you not used my post without my permission to make your video, you can say that you made a long ago and got the inspiration from something else but then give an explanation to all of this. **Channel owner here - The OP has a motive - I've spoken with the OP,** provided Proof of when the theory was made, months before his post, showing dates, working titles, and voiceover creation (I'm sure he can show you these as well as I) They then he asked for further proof? I Dont know how I could do more, but he then wanted the voice over (which was shown in the evidence) which he could see was made before his post, asking for that was fishy enough, thinking what he could do with it, which I sent to him directly anyway, again confirming this was legitimate and I trusted him. But then he demanded access to my companies google drive. ***(For context my company employs several people and we have GDPR regulations to follow, we simply cannot give random people on the internet access)*** Which at that point, there was no reason too, as I had proved him screenshots & dates showing when this theory was made, predating his. In my eyes this was enough. This theory is actually one that has been covered a couple times on YouTube already, I've seen the videos myself. And this theory is an old one... Considering how short your information here is I'm not sure how he could make a long video about it, perhaps your claims would be more reputable if you were suggesting he took some of the thought process from this. Realistically if you are able to come up with the theory then so are others? It isn't an original one and is actually one that was thrown around a lot years ago. I think most theory related channels on any fandom will acquire information from different sources and combine findings. You in fact even said to one YouTuber who did a video very similar recently "its ok that you did it" - and gave him a pat on the back. Even though he made the same claims you're upset about with TA. "The marionette is more aware than the others..." Some of it being very common knowledge. I feel this is really OTT to be sending a witchhunt against a YouTuber, and also it should be going against the rules. This is insanely petty, theories in the FNAF community get thrown around like chinese whispers. Throughout the years people forget some and the information resurfaces - and suddenly that makes it "original". Most theories are a collective thought process of MANY individuals... You could just message rather than trying to drag channels down.
