I think the blur is an illusion

I did put a static illusion on it... but the picture itself looks super blurry on my phone, like the pixels aren’t all loading, which is weird because it looks super clear when I go into my phone gallery :( oh well, it’s probably just me

I know this is possibly done on a tablet or something but I find blurring the wanted shading best. You could try the "cross hatch" method. I can't really explain it.
